From the first Ronald McDonald House in 1974 to today’s global network of programs, the McDonald’s system – owner/operators, crew members, suppliers, and customers – has helped shape what this mission has become. Their support has helped grow Ronald McDonald House from a single home into a worldwide network serving millions of families each year.
Through initiatives like Round-Up, local restaurant support, and community engagement, McDonald’s partners help ensure families can find a place to stay, a warm meal, and a community that cares – at no cost to the families.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, but McDonald’s is our largest corporate donor. A portion of the annual operating costs for Ronald McDonald House Central Ohio is graciously funded by McDonald’s and the Owner/Operators of local McDonald’s restaurants.
The remainder of our annual operating income comes from the generosity of individual and corporate donors. McDonald’s involvement extends far beyond monetary support.
